Our meals are fully cooked to safe internal temperatures. All you have to do is reheat the meals in the microwave or oven. Please look at the top of the meal sleeve for meal-specific heating instructions. Follow the preparation instructions on the packaging and reheat until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165° F. Please know, that heating times can vary depending on your microwave/oven.
Tip: We recommend using a sheet pan when using a standard oven to heat meals so it is easy to get out once hot!
Note: Our meal trays are not designed to be heated in a convection (or toaster) oven and/or heated with those settings
