For local van deliveries in the DMV area
At 7 AM EST on your delivery date, you will receive a text message with the times for your 2 hour delivery window. You will also receive a text message when your driver is 10-15 minutes away. If you do not receive your delivery text message, you may have entered an incorrect cellphone number. We will send you an email back up message with your delivery window.
Regional FedEx Deliveries
You will receive an email tracking link when your package ships. Your package should reach you on your selected delivery date. In some cases, there may be rare carrier delays due to weather or other circumstances.
